Reminder for 2025 Spring Festival Gala Program, Donation, and Volunteers

Dear OACA Community Friends,

This is a reminder that OACA will hold the 2025 Year of the Snake Spring Festival Gala at Capital High School on February 1st (Saturday, the fourth day of the Lunar New Year). We continue to invite members and community friends to submit performance programs for the gala, and we sincerely welcome friends with various talents to participate in the gala.

If you are interested, please send brief information such as your program name, main content, number of performers, program duration, and audio or other technical requirements) to our registration email at event@olympiachinese.org by December 31st. We will respond as soon as possible. If you have any questions or need further information, please feel free to contact us.

Additionally, OACA is a non-profit organization, and organizing a large event like the Spring Festival Gala requires substantial financial support. Therefore, we call on more businesses and individuals to participate in the gala and other OACA activities through donations of money or goods. If you are interested in becoming a donor for the Spring Festival Gala, please donate in any of the following methods:

1.PayPal: go to OACA website at https://www.olympiachinese.org/and then click on the tab on the left of the page indicating “Donate”.

2.Zelle account: contact@olympiachinese.org.

3.Checks (payable to OACA, mailing address: PO BOX 2881, Olympia, WA,98507-2881).

We will send you a receipt for your donation as soon as we receive it and will promote your business during the Spring Festival Gala. Individuals and businesses interested in donating items as prizes for the gala can contact us via email at contact@olympiachinese.org or by phone at 360-888-2129.

We are also recruiting volunteers and helpers for various tasks of the Spring Festival Gala, including fundraising activities, event set up, and other logistics on the day of the event. If you are Interested, please email contact@olympiachinese.org. As a way of appreciation, we will issue a certificate to every volunteer.
