Raffle drawing and games
Each family attending the event will receive 2 free raffle tickets (1 ticket for a single);
For non current member, we recommend that you donate $5 or more to the event (we will bring the donation box)
Each family that brings a dish will receive an additional 1 raffle ticket.
If you need more, you can buy tickets for the price of 3 for$10.
We will organize some games (3-4 games and maybe more if time allows) and winners will receive a gift. The game rules will be announced prior to the start of each game.
Each kid will receive a bag with some small toys and school supplies.
Parking and other info
There are several parking lots around the park, but all have very limited number of spots. The parking lot right outside the shelter has a capacity of approximately 20 spots. So we encourage carpool if possible.
There are only 13 picnic tables in the shelter. We expect that more than 100 people will attend the event and we encourage you to bring some folding chairs to accommodate this issue. You can also bring some blankets and other things needed for summer weather and outdoor activities.
