OACA Team Participated 13th Dragon Boat Festival

On Apr 28th, 2018, the 13th annual Saint Martin's Dragon Boat Festival was held at the Port of Olympia. A total of 48 teams comprised of local and regional teams joined the dragon boat racing. OACA team participated as usual. Even though it rained almost the whole time, everyone had lots of fun.
