Chinese New Year Celebration Party - Year of the Dog

On February 25th, 2018, OACA hosted the Chinese New Year party at Capital High School to celebrate the year of the Dog. 

Hundreds of people joined this party and enjoyed the food and performances

This party was extremely successful. Many business sponsors (listed at end), individual donors, and volunteers gave us great help and support. We sincerely appreciate them!

Chinese School teachers, vice principals, and principal receive Red Envelopes (HongBao 紅包 or 利是)

Olympia Chinese School is the primary service of OACA and is operated by many volunteers.
This is the first time where OACA board presented awards to school faculties.
These following teachers received awards:

5+ Years Teaching Service (larger Crystal Medal)	Ms. Jennifer Xie (謝豔)
10+ Years Teaching Service (Plaque)	Mrs. ShouLi Wang (王守麗) Mrs. ChunMan Lai (賴春滿) Mrs. SanNa Chen (陳仙娜)

 

This special award was presented to Mrs. SheueLan Shyu

for 3 decades of exemplary educational services and outstanding 

contributions to the Olympia Chinese School
