Date/Time：Every Thursday starting 11/19, 6:30-7:30 PM
Contents：
The first half of the class contains warm-up aerobic exercise ➕ partial muscle training, and the second half of the class teaches basic hip-hop movements. Modern street dance is a mix of many dance forms. In this way, physical fitness is enhanced, excess body fat is burn, effective weight control is achieved, and various forms of physical well-beings are improved. Through the learning of street dance, a beautiful posture is shaped, and our body is improved in both coordination and beauty. To get a glimpse of the dance, click here.
Instructor’s background：Lily Li
Lily is a post-90’s from Beijing. She majored in sports rehabilitation in college and is attending graduate study in public health. She is currently a part-time medical and commercial translator. She loves travel and outdoor sports. She is a pure animal lover. She loves street dance. Her focuses are Jazz and Hip-hop. Dance is an indispensable part of her life.

内容：
前半节课热身有氧运动➕局部肌肉训练，后半节课教街舞基础动作。现代的街舞是一系列舞蹈形式的综合，通过这种方式，增强体能，消除体内多余脂肪，达到有效控制体重、提高练习者各种身体素质，并且通过街舞片段的学习，塑造优美体态，提高人体协调能力，陶冶美感。请点击观赏街舞的例子
本期舞蹈老师：李蠡 Lily Li
这位90后的北京姑娘，本科运动康复专业，研究生公共卫生专业，目前兼职医学与商业翻译。爱好旅游和户外运动，纯动物爱好者，热爱街舞，主攻Jazz和Hip hop，舞蹈是她生命不可或缺的一部分。
