Gourmet Kitchen Class Notice 11/21 - Shrimp in Tomato Sauce

Dear OACA Members,

We have good news for food lovers! !  This “shrimp in tomato sauce” is delicious and festive, with a sweet and sour taste.  It is low-fat and high in protein, rich in nutrition, and is suitable for all ages. It is very popular among Americans.

Today’s Dish:【Shrimp in Tomato Sauce】

Date/Time：11/21 (Saturday) 4:00-5:00 PM

Ingredients：

Shelled white shrimp or tiger shrimp 1 pound (I prefer shrimp with head).  Please devein the shrimp

Tomato paste 100g

Sugar

White vinegar (optional)

Salt

Starch

Cooking oil

Speaker’s background：

Danqing Zhou moved to Washington State in 2014.  He currently works for the State government. He likes animals and target shooting. His most beloved hobby is cooking. In leisure time, he loves to explore all kinds of cuisines; among those, Chinese, Western and Japanese are the most experienced.
