Gourmet Kitchen Class Notice 12/12 - ChongQing Spicy Chicken

Dear OACA Members,

We have good news for food lovers! !  “Chongqing Spicy Chicken" is a well-known Sichuan dish. The main ingredient is chicken thighs.  It has a strong flavor, bright color.  It is spicy and delicious, crisp on the outside, tender on the inside, and full of burnt aroma. It is also an excellent appetizer that goes with wine.  Everyone loves it.

Today’s Dish:【ChongQing Spicy Chicken】

Instructer’s background：

Li Hong, a gentle Chengdu native girl, always kind to others, loves life, likes travel and sports, and loves Sichuan cuisine and spicy foods.

Ingredients:

1.  6 boneless chicken thighs (with or without skin), cut into 1.0 cm cubes

2.  Spices: Dried chili (cut into 1 cm long sections), peppercorns, ground ginger, ground garlic, cooking oil, light soy sauce, cooking wine, sugar, salt, five-spice powder, white sesame.

爱好美食者有福了！！“重庆辣子鸡”是一道家喻户晓的川菜，主料为鸡腿肉，味道浓厚，色泽鲜艳，麻辣鲜香，外酥里嫩，焦香四溢，还是一道佐酒佳肴，深受大众的喜爱。

李红，性格温婉柔和的成都辣妹子，与人为善，热爱生活，喜欢旅游、运动，爱川菜爱辣味。

准备原料:

去骨鸡腿6只（带皮和不带皮均可）切成1.0厘米见方的丁

辅料：干辣椒（切1厘米长的节）、花椒粒、老姜末、大蒜末、油、生抽、料酒、白糖、食盐、五香粉、白芝麻。

厨具：炒锅

课前准备：鸡肉丁用盐、料酒、生抽、姜末、少量五香粉腌制3-4小时。
