Announcement: Adding Vinyasa Flow Yoga,Weekly, Mon 6:30-7:30 PM

Dear OACA Members,

In busy days, it is a treat to have a period of time to empty your head and have a gentle conversation with your body...


Channel 1. Vinyasa Flow Yoga (every Monday night 6:30-7:30, starting 12/14)

Yoga use ancient and easy-to-master techniques to improve people's physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual abilities.  It is a way to achieves harmony and unity of body, mind, and spirit thru exercise.  Vinyasa Flow Yoga is an exercise that integrates breathing and asanas, perception and body, strength, and flexibility, and brings more pleasant and balanced effects to the body.  Vinyasa flow yoga uses a combination of smooth flowing-water like movements to strengthen the body during practice.  It focuses on stretching, strength, flexibility, endurance, balance, concentration, and helps to expel toxins in our body by perspiration when energy flows through our body smoothly.  It has noticeable effects on mental relaxation and physical health.
