Halloween on-line Trick-or-Treat / Show-and-tell Registration

Dear Friends of OACA,

Halloween is coming, this is an exciting time for kids if not for the COVID-19 pandemic.  But, OACA has a solution.  We are planning to have an on-line Trick-or-Treat / Show-and-tell via Zoom:

1. Free to all OACA members.  If you have not renewed your membership, please do so.  If you are not a member, please register at olympiachinese.org. 
2. Date and time: 10/31 4:00-6:00 PM
3. Format: Each child will be assigned a 3-minute time slot on Zoom to tell a costume story or to show talents, for example, music instrument, singing, dancing, martial art, poem reading.  Children will be grouped by their age: under 12, and 12 to 18.
4. Prize: All participants will be awarded prizes and each kid will be given a bag of treat.  Top three performers in each group will get additional prizes.

OACA万圣节化妆表演赛

协会策划在万圣节当透过 Zoom 方式在网上举办小朋友(12岁以下)和青少年朋友(12-18 岁)万圣节化妆表演赛。比赛办法暂订如下：
1. 参加资格：会员及会员家庭 (欲成为新会员，请前往会员网站注册/缴费olympiachinese.org)
2. 时间：10/31 下午4:00- 6:00
3. 比赛方式：报名后协会将于比赛前排出表演顺序，所有人都欢迎登入 Zoom 观赏或参加比赛。表演可以是說化妆的故事，弹钢琴，拉琴，唱歌，跳舞，武术，朗诵诗，读中文故事等等。
4. 奖品：参加者统统有奖，由协会发送精美糖果礼物一包(领取时间与地点另订)。小朋友和青少年朋友每组前三名参赛者再送精美奖品。
报名方式：协会副会长 Wendy Chen 将透过接龙方式，在OACA 微信吃喝玩乐群接受报名，或直接聯絡 mmwwchen@comcast.net。

这个活动视参加人数调整比赛规模或取消。请各位家长踊跃报名参加，让自己心爱的孩子在这疫情期间，仍然有一个快乐有趣的万圣节，并留下一个另类美好的回忆！！
