Gourmet Kitchen Class Notice 12/19 – Peanut Nougat

Dear OACA Members,

Blessed are food lovers! !  "Peanut Nougat" is sweet in the mouth, with a strong peanut and milk flavors, and it is very chewy.  This is a candy both adults and children love. The marshmallow version of nougat is much easier to make than the maltose version.  You are guaranteed to succeed.  Add a little cranberry, and the sweet and sour taste is even better! Don't buy sweets for Holidays this year, make your own.  Everyone will love the mellow taste!

Instructer’s background：

Yijun Liu, the current OACA Treasurer and event organizer, is originally from Shenzhen, China.  She is a professional real estate agent in the state of Washington.  She is always cheerful, sincere, and has a wide range of hobbies. Coming to the United State, she learned to be self-reliant in cooking and is grateful for what she has.

Ingredients:

300g   Marshmallow

130g   Whole milk powder

50g     Unsalted butter

300g   Roasted peanuts

100g   Cranberry

2g       Salt

Kitchenware: Non-stick pan, plastic tray (baking pan), baking paper, rolling pin, scraping board, scraping knife

爱好美食者有福了！！“牛轧糖”入口香甜，有股浓浓的花生及奶香，甚有嚼劲，是大人及小朋友都喜爱的糖果。棉花糖版的牛轧糖，比起麦芽糖版的制作简单很多，零失败。加一点蔓越莓，酸酸甜甜，口感非常好！春节糖果不要买，自己动手做起来，醇香口味人人爱！

盐 2g
