Happy Aerobic Class Notice – Cardio Dance (every Thursday starting 3/25)

Dear OACA Members,

Zumba class has entered a recess (big thanks to teacher Ms Du).  We have Cardio Dance class coming online, the same day, the same time.

Title:【Happy Aerobic – Cardio Dance】

Date/Time：Every Thursday starting 3/25, 6:30-7:20 PM

Contents：

Cardio Dance has a bright and brisk rhythm.  It is simple and easy-to-learn.  It integrates dance and fitness.  It can shape and build the body, strengthen muscles, enhance coordination and flexibility of the entire body, and keep both the body and mind in top conditions. This course is suitable for all ages. You can adjust the intensity according to your own pace. It does not require prior experience in dancing, and the movements are repetitive and easy to learn.

Instructor’s background:

Ms. Lichiou Lee is the Chief Actuary of the Washington State Insurance Commissioner’s Office.  She has been an actuary for 20+ years and is currently the Chief Actuary of the Bureau.  She is a devoting volunteer, loves painting, dancing, and sports, and has instructed aerobics dance in a charity organization called FESS.

内容：

有氧健身舞（Cardio Dance）节奏鲜明，韵律轻快，动作简单易学，集舞蹈与健身于一体，可塑身健体，使肌肉结实，增强全身协调性和灵活性，保持身心愉快。本课程老少皆宜，可依本身能力自行调整强度，不需要舞蹈基础，动作重复而易学。

带领老师：

李丽秋，担任华盛顿州政府保险局 (Insurance Commissioner’s Office) 精算师二十余年，现任该局总精算师(Chief Actuary)。热心公益，热爱绘画，跳舞，运动，曾在一个慈善机构FESS担任有氧健生操义务教练。
